Align 50 end market sites to reflect the redesign of the mother company website, all of which have varied levels of complexity, use case and state of currency.

The Impact

Conducted screen inventories and audit of the end markets, reframed the IA and proposed a modular navigation based on separate needs of each category and market.

The Learning

At times, one must navigate situations that are unfavourable, and it is your personable responsibility to make the best of that scenario. Focusing on what I could control, and getting the client to compromise to a modular structure was a success in our books.
