Improving Colab's User Acquisition Experience

I worked to identify the barriers to sales conversions, and improved site drop-off rates and cart abandonment.

Researched user behaviour to understand drop-off causes, then optimized conversion flows from landing page to activation, resulting in a 25% boost in conversion rates.

The Learning

When automation isn’t available, the barriers must be understood and removed/minimized to increase engagement and consequently, sales.
