Colab Cohorts needed a way to communicate their new B2B enterprise services to C-level decision makers at tech companies. They lacked a clean, concise platform to reach this distinct audience. The existing consumer-facing website wasn't designed to convert high-level executives into qualified leads. There was no clear differentiation between their B2C cohort-based learning and enterprise-level offerings.

• Communicate complex B2B services without overwhelming busy executives • Provide enough information to convert visits into qualified leads (email inquiries) • Differentiate enterprise offering from consumer brand without creating entirely separate site • Overcome lack of brand recognition for new "Colab Engage" name • Balance professionalism for C-suite audience with engaging, dynamic content • Maintain visual connection to parent brand while establishing distinct identity • Design responsive experience optimized for mobile executives on-the-go

How I contributed

Brand Strategy • Proposed keeping unified site architecture rather than building separate B2B site • Created "Colab Engage" sub-brand for enterprise services alongside "Colab Cohorts" (B2C) • Developed distinct visual identity using inverted color palette (light beige primary vs. black primary) • Maintained brand continuity through shared accent colors UX Design & Information Architecture • Designed dedicated enterprise landing page with strategic URL slug • Created content hierarchy balancing information depth with executive-level brevity • Developed conversion-focused page structure optimizing for lead generation • Wireframed and prototyped user flows from discovery to inquiry Interactive Design • Designed interactive data visualizations showcasing Colab's metrics and successes • Created dynamic chart/graph components to bring visual interest to traditionally static B2B content • Integrated client testimonials with engaging presentation • Added micro-interactions to enhance page engagement without sacrificing professionalism Remote Collaboration • Coordinated asynchronously with development team in Ukraine while working remotely from Indonesia • Delivered complete design system and specifications for seamless handoff
